Ordering Information

You may order any of our products by the following options:

*  Add the item to your shopping cart and checkout using a credit card.

*  Call in your order by telephone.

*  Fax in your order.

Items that are in stock are shipped as soon as possible after receiving your order.  If an item is backordered, you will be notified by email.  Some of our products, such as the vests and chaps, may need to be custom made and could take 3-4 weeks, but we will endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Items for return will receive a store credit or may be exchanged, if returned with prior authorisation and within 5 days in unused condition.  We do not refund money unless the item has a flaw, or at our discretion.  Custom chaps are not returnable.

We are happy to issue Gift Certificates and we accept Vsa, Mastercard and Discover.
